About Us

From the Owner: My name is Wes Ashburn, and I am the owner and founder of the Computer Loft. The name "Computer Loft" came from our starting location in 2013: the 2nd floor "Loft" of a building we occupied at the time overlooking La Vernia. I had been working as a private IT contractor around the community and also operating a music teaching studio out of the same building (The Music Loft) when an opportunity presented itself to open my own store. The local Radio Shack had provided those services in the past but had left town. My kids were starting college, and it sounded like a way to help put them through school, so the idea was given "wings," and away we went! 

Before long, our tiny office was inundated with requests. I needed more space to handle all the computers people were bringing, and when customers started requested phone repairs, I needed more help. I hired my first "tech," moved The Computer Loft to a larger office, and we haven't stopped expanding the business since. Check out the services we offer now!

 I credit our local customers and my amazingly talented team for our growth over the years. Thank you all for your support!
